This is a very expensive piece of unreliable, faulty junk. I had all kinds of problems with the camera within days after installation, but after many hours of troubleshooting and resets and so on, the camera worked for a few months until the same problems started arising again. The display failed to turn on, but usually worked again after a soft reset or a menu reset. Now, it won’t turn on after sny type of reset. I’m so tired of dealimg with this piece of junk and its recurring problems. I wish I had never bought it.

Otherwise, it’s a decent camera during the rare periods in which it is working correctly.

The perfect camera for Uber drivers. Wide angle lenses cover the entire inside of the car. Front and back cameras are excellent as well. Crisp and clear videos. Easy to install and set up. One thing: be sure to get the camera in the right position before you take the cover off of the mounting tape because once it sticks onto the window it's not coming off.

My camera wasn’t working well.
Called service 3 days, 4 times a day, going to vmail, left a message.
No response. Sent an email, twice. Got a message please make a video of your issue & send us. The issue was the camera didn’t work & didn’t connect to my phone. So how can I make a video ..?
Called back by mistake tech support answered.
He told me I needed to update the camera software…brand new, no where was written on the instructions. We did. The issue still couldn’t resolve.
He told me that he’ll update the team & I’ll get an e,ail what to do.
Again got an email telling to make a video of the issue.
No resolve anything.
A week after, same responsible tech guy was nice enough to call back & check on the camera status. Told him all the above. He said someone will email me instructions…never got anything.
4 days after got an email from Kitty, same lady that asked me to do a video, that on their system their tech guy called me already.
She forgot to mention he NEVER resolved the issue.
2 weeks passed, I bought a new camera, that don’t work.
I email Kitty & told her if they can’t fix it, I’ll return the camera due to defect camera. Her respond email: please send it to the address bellow.
Like I need to pay for the shipping now, I bought a memory card for $100… not her concern at all.
By the end of the month or they reach me to fix, or send my money in full including my sad card, or I’ll involved Amex to resolve the issue faster.

They forgot, I DO NOT work for VANTRUE !!!
The camera might be good, but service…HORRIBLE !!!

Couldn‘t use it so far as I wanted cause I can‘t find a LTE modul anywhere.
