How long does the anniversary celebration last?
The Vantrue 10th Anniversary Carnival runs from May 6, 2025 (PS) on. The campaign is divided into multiple themed phases, each with its own timeline and participation rules. Please refer to each activity page for specific schedules.
How can I participate in the 10th Anniversary events?
Simply register or log in to your Vantrue.com account. You can then take part in various events such as the Early Bird campaign, Task Challenges, Invite & Share program, and Video Submissions. Detailed instructions are provided on each activity page.
How are rewards distributed?
Reward distribution methods vary depending on the activity. Some points are automatically credited to your member account, while cash rewards may require email confirmation of your payment account. Please check the official rules on each event page for full details.
Do I need to make a purchase to join the event?
Some activities (e.g.Invite & Share) require a valid purchase. However, others—like the Task Challenge—can be joined without making a purchase. All Vantrue users are welcome to participate.
If I invite friends, when will I receive my rewards?
After your friend successfully completes a purchase via your referral link and no refund occurs within 30 days, your cash and points rewards will be issued. Please ensure your account and contact information are valid and up to date.
Can I still participate if I miss one of the event phases?
Each activity phase has a fixed timeframe. Submissions or tasks must be completed during the valid period. However, you are welcome to join upcoming phases or other ongoing events.
