Based on our user feedback, we've made a small but useful change to how firmware updates reach your dashcam- all dashcam firmware (main unit & rear camera) is now delivered through the Vantrue App or customer support.

What changed？

As of today, firmware for all dashcam main units and rear (rear-pull) camera lenses is no longer available for download from www.vantrue.com or www.vantrue.net. The download portals on both sites have been taken down.

How to get firmware updates from now on？

• Via the Vantrue App (recommended): Open the Vantrue App on your phone, connect your dashcam, and download the latest firmware through OTA (over-the-air) update. Fastest and most secure.

• Manual option: If your device does not support WiFi, or OTA is inconvenient, contact our support team at support@vantrue.net. Share your device model and we'll send the correct, latest firmware installation package to your email.

Good to know

• Firmware you've already downloaded and installed keeps working normally — no action needed.

• Manuals, guides, and warranty support stay at www.vantrue.com.

• Your warranty and after-sales service are unchanged.
