What products are included in this auction?

This Xmas, you can bid on three of Vantrue’s top models: N4S, N4 Pro S, and N5S. Each model offers advanced multi-channel recording and premium imaging performance.

When does the auction start and end?

The Xmas auction will be held from Dec 24th to Dec 26th, with two sessions per day:

🕖 7:00–9:00 AM CST

🕖 18:00–20:00 PM CST

How do I participate in the auction?

It’s simple:

  • Visit the product page on the day of the auction
  • Place your bid (minimum $1)
  • If your bid is the highest when the auction ends, you win!
Do I have to pay anything besides my bid?

No hidden fees. You only pay the amount you bid, plus standard shipping if applicable.

Can I bid multiple times?

Yes! You can increase your bid at any time before the auction ends. The highest bid wins.

How will I know if I’ve won?

Winners will receive an email notification shortly after the auction ends. Please check your inbox and spam folder.

When will I receive my product if I win?

Orders will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after payment is completed.

Can I cancel my bid?

No. All bids are final and binding. Please bid responsibly.

Do I need a Vantrue account to participate?

Yes, you must log in or create an account on Vantrue.com to place a bid.

When will my order be shipped?

Winning orders will be processed and shipped within 3–5 business days after payment confirmation.
