Veuillez suivre les étapes ci-dessous pour mettre à jour votre appareil :

1. Téléchargez le micrologiciel sur votre PC ;
2. Insérez votre carte microSD (32 Go – 512 Go) dans la caméra, puis connectez la caméra à l'ordinateur via le port USB de la caméra. Sélectionnez « Connexion USB » sur la caméra embarquée. Copiez le fichier du micrologiciel (Vantrue-M2.bin) de l'ordinateur vers la carte microSD, puis débranchez la caméra de l'ordinateur et éteignez-la ;
Note 1 : le fichier du micrologiciel (Vantrue-M2.bin) ne peut pas être reconnu par l'ordinateur, il ne peut être reconnu que par la caméra embarquée, n'essayez donc pas de l'ouvrir sur PC ou de le renommer, copiez-le simplement sur la carte.
3. Branchez la caméra à un chargeur secteur (pas à l'ordinateur), ou appuyez sur le bouton d'alimentation ;
4. La caméra se mettra alors à jour automatiquement, ce qui prendra environ 30 secondes à 1 minute. Pendant ce temps, la caméra ne s'allumera pas et ne répondra à aucun bouton ou opération ;
5. Une fois la mise à jour de la caméra embarquée réussie, elle s'allumera et fonctionnera.
6. Veuillez vérifier la version de votre appareil maintenant (allez dans le menu Configuration du système, puis Version) et vérifiez si elle correspond à celle affichée sur le site Web. Si c'est le cas, la caméra a été mise à jour avec succès.
7. Formatez la carte microSD une fois la mise à jour terminée.

3. Sign-in/login to new account,

4. Go to My Account (on left screen) and complete all fields

5. Go to My Products and add a new device

6. Submit

The reason why Vantrue dash cam cannot record and save videos longer than one hour is due to the limitations of the memory card format. Most dash cams use memory cards formatted with FAT32, which can only support a maximum file size of 4GB. Videos longer than half an hour often exceed this size limit, preventing the dash cam from saving them as a single file.

We only recommend Vantrue, Samsung Endurance and Sandisk High Endurance/Max Endurance Card. To extend the life of your card, we advise to format your SD card every 3-4 weeks for regular everyday users and 2-3 weeks for heavy users to free up space on your memory card for new recordings.

Note: Samsung EVO Plus and PRO Plus cards are NOT recommended for use with Vantrue dash cam.

1. Format the SD card and update the dash cam to the latest firmware version.

2. Try a new recommended card.

3. If you have tried the above steps and the issue hasn't been resolved, please contact our support team via support@vantrue.net.

1. Please check if the video can be played back on the dash cam normally.

2. Please try to play back the video using the Vantrue player. You can download the Vantrue player from this link: https://www.vantrue.net/support/player

1. Please check that the power connections are securely plugged in.

2. Power the dash cam from the USB port on the dash cam to check if it is the mount's issue.

3. Try a different charging cable.

4. Take out the SD card from the dash cam and check if the dash cam works well.

5. If the dash cam has a rear camera, unplug the rear camera and check if the dash cam works well.

6. Update the firmware.
