Vantrue Black Friday Price Protection Policy
Eligible Purchase Period: November 1–21, 2026 (PST)
Vantrue offers price protection on eligible purchases made on Vantrue.com during the Eligible Purchase Period, subject to the terms and conditions below.
If the final selling price of the same eligible product at Vantrue.com or an eligible authorized third-party retailer is lower than the price you paid on Vantrue.com, you may contact our Customer Support team to request a refund of the price difference.
Terms & Conditions
1. Eligible Orders
Price protection applies only to eligible orders placed on Vantrue.com from November 1 through November 21, 2026 (Pacific Time).
2. Claim Deadline
Price protection claims must be submitted within 7 calendar days of the original purchase date. Claims submitted after this period will not be eligible. The purchase date is the date the order was placed on Vantrue.com.
3. Eligible Products
The product must be identical to the one purchased, including the model, specifications, and configuration. Different models, bundles, or product combinations may not qualify.
4. Eligible Retail Channels
The lower price must be publicly available and verifiable at Vantrue.com or an authorized third-party retailer. Prices from unauthorized sellers, individual sellers, or resale marketplaces are not eligible.
5. Price Comparison
Price comparisons are based on the final eligible product price after applicable discounts. Shipping fees, taxes, cashback, loyalty points, and other conditional benefits are excluded from the comparison.
6. Promotional Exclusions
Prices from auctions, limited-time flash sales, exclusive coupon offers, member-only promotions, clearance sales, or other special offers may be excluded from price protection.
7. How to Request a Price Adjustment
Contact Vantrue Customer Support within the 7-day claim period and provide your order number and verifiable evidence of the lower price, such as a product link or screenshot showing the product, price, and promotion details. All requests are subject to verification and approval.
8. Refund Method
Approved price differences will be refunded to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider.
9. General Conditions
Price protection applies only to eligible purchases and verified price differences. Vantrue reserves the right to verify claims and determine eligibility in accordance with this policy.
